I have "British Caribbean Territories" but not Eastern Caribbean. Does the coin actually say Eastern Caribbean? I've seen a couple that say, "British Caribbean Territories, Eastern Group."

Other coin I seen listed as I asked at the top, but on the coin it's 'British Caribbean Territories' at top and 'Eastern Group' at bottom. Confusingly, Krauss has the coin listed under 'East Caribbean states' but then under a sub heading of 'British Caribbean territories'. Up to you.

But I am thinking the better idea would be to rename the British Caribbean Territories "British Caribbean Territories, Eastern Group" since that's what is actually on the coins.

I was going to change it to British Caribbean Territories Eastern Group but that's too many characters. That should be fine. I think of it similar to United Kingdom versus United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. The only thing is the coin does specifically say "British Caribbean Territories Eastern Group" and that does bother me a bit. As long as there are no coins minted as just British Caribbean Territories, then we should be ok.

I'd want to say Europe since it's under British control and is so far from everything else. But then it's closer to South America and Africa so Europe seems silly. I don't know what the islands would have in common with South America or Africa though. I am definitely open to some ideas. kaija, feel free to put it in South America or wherever you think. If we have a convincing argument for somewhere else we can always change it later on.

'Khiva' and the 'Khwarezm Soviet Peoples Republic'. I have specimens from both of these areas. Where should I post these? [ Edited Tue Apr 13 2010, 01:47am ]
