Add "YTL" please. 2_ Europe - Turkey and Asia - Turkey is not the same. Two lists are not the same. Number in different currency. It is best if two titles the same connection. Need much editing. I do not know the language. I would have liked more help. http://www.cumleceviri.com/

I looked up YTL and it looks like YTL = Yeni Türk Lirası which gets referred to as New Turkish Lira in English. So I added New Turkish Lira to the list. The Europe/Asia is very tough. I have read a man from Turkey say he felt he was more European than Asian. Another man from Turkey said he was more Asian than European. I found a list from the United Nations and I plan to use that list to classify countries. Unfortunately, the way this site was designed, a country can only have one continent. Thanks again for joining and submitting your coins. It makes me feel proud to know that you used a translator just to be able to help us out. :)

Since 2009,the banknotes denominated in New Turkish Lira have been withdrawn in favour of new notes denominated in Turkish Lira, albeit, with the same designs as the New Turkish Lira notes. Have a read here; http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Turkish_lira . Aidan.

First, the design is sloppy, the New Turkish produced. Cents, and people got used TL. Designed after the old as well, "TL" and "kuruÅŸ" in the name of money. Are still changing. YTL was among the steps. I do not know why. Here it though. 2005-2009 was used as Turkey. Then we must organize. Because it is the truth.

The examples I have my add. 5, 10, 25, 50, so that there is four cents. Unit names "Yeni Kurus". That is "New Penny". YTL say we that money. Little money "Yeni Kurus" he should be.. Is already written on them such. You, I bored don't know. [ Edited Fri Aug 13 2010, 11:01am ]
